This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court fixing the compensation to he paid by the appellee, Arkansas Short Line, to the appellant, Cairo, Truman & Southern Railroad Company, for a railroad crossing over its right-of-way. It appears from the record that both appellant and appellee are railroad corporations duly organized to construct railroads between points within the State of Arkansas.
