OPINION OF THE COURT

WOLD, Senior Judge:

Appellant was tried by a special court-martial, which included officer and enlisted members, on 28 March 1983. Based on his pleas of guilty, he was convicted of wrongful distribution of marijuana, wrongful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and wrongful possession of drug abuse paraphernalia. The charges were referred to trial by Major General Thurman E.
