Gulf Transport Company applied to the Public Service Commission for authority to transport passengers and equipage in intrastate charter service from points in St. Louis, St. Charles and Jefferson Counties to all points in Missouri, and return, over irregular routes. Gulf is a foreign corporation engaged as a regular route common carrier throughout six states. In addition, Gulf has regular authority in Missouri for a one mile route from the Greyhound Bus Terminal in St. Louis to the Mississippi River Bridge where its Illinois route commences.
