HOLMAN, Commissioner.

In this condemnation case (filed October 30, 1956) the commissioners appointed by the circuit court awarded defendant Ray-town Investment Company, a corporation, the sum of $20,000 for the damage to its property and both plaintiff and defendant filed exceptions to said award. The subsequent trial in the circuit court resulted in a verdict and judgment for defendant in the amount of $10,000 and defendant has duly appealed therefrom.
