The nature of the bill of complaint in this case is set forth fully in the opinion on the plea to the jurisdiction handed down herein on August 23, 1938. 24 F.Supp. 835. Briefly, it is a demand for an accounting for sums alleged to have been paid, the proceeds of certain sales and leases, and for a conveyance of the remaining lands under the terms of an alleged option by James M.
