MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

DENLOW, United States Magistrate Judge.

The Court conducted a one-day bench trial on December 13, 1999, to decide whether Krystyna Plewa (“Plaintiff’) is a person of good moral character so as to be entitled to become a citizen of the United States.
