The defendant, Robert Chavez, appeals his jury conviction for first-degree criminal trespass, section 18-4-502, C.R.S.1973 (now in 1978 Repl.Vol. 8), and conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, section 18-2-201, C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl.Vol. 8). The defendant was also charged with second-de*1364gree burglary, section 18-4-203, C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl.Vol. 8), and with four counts of habitual criminality, section 16-13-101, C.R.
