There is also no evidence in the record that Best Buy was ever aware that it was putting Standifer's data at risk. To be sure, the Data Services SOP includes information about what to do if one client receives data from another client's device. (See id. at BB_57.) However, at most, this indicates Best Buy's general awareness that during the data transfer process data from one client's device may inadvertently end up on another client's device.
