OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Ronald L. Zachery, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty, pursuant to a jury trial, of murder with a firearm specification in violation of R.C. 2903.02 and 2941.145, carrying a concealed weapon in violation of R.C. 2923.12, and illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises in violation of R.C. 2923.121. Because defendant's conviction is not based on improper hearsay evidence, no prejudicial prosecutorial misconduct occurred, and defendant's trial counsel was not ineffective, we affirm.
