Delta Truck & Tractor, Inc. (Delta) appeals the district court’s dismissal of its civil RICO action. 1 We affirm.

Review of a dismissal on the pleadings requires that we accept as true the non-moving party’s well-pleaded allegations. Delta, a company involved in the sale and repair of farm equipment, operated under a franchise agreement with International Harvester Company (IH), a manufacturer of farm machinery.
