Before the Court is The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society d/b/a Good Samaritan Society Davenport’s (“Defendant”) Combined Motion to Dismiss or Stay the Proceedings and to Compel Arbitration (“Motion”), filed on November 22, 2013. Clerk’s No. 4. Connie A. Molina (“Molina”) and Victoria Terronez (collectively “Plaintiffs”) filed a brief in resistance to the Motion (“Resistance”) on December 9, 2013. Clerk’s No. 7.
