The action was instituted by the plaintiff in this court and a warrant of attachment was issued against the property of the defendant on the ground that it was a foreign corporation organized under the laws of Colombia, South America. The complaint, verified on January 2, 1941, the same day on which the warrant was issued, alleges two causes of action, one against the defendant and one against Bohemian Union Bank.
