BROWN, Justice.
Some time during the month of June, in the year 1904, an Indian maiden named .Jennie Ho-we-ah became pregnant and, on March 29, 1905,' gave birth to a girl, who was named Lenna, and is now called Lena McArthur. Lena McArthur was plaintiff below and is appellant in this court, joined by her husband, and she brought suit in the district court of Wichita County, by proper appeal from the Probate Court of such county, to contest the last will and testament of Tom L. Burnett, alleging that she is competent to contest such will by reason of the provisions of Article 3315, Revised…
