This appeal is from an order distributing assets of a closed bank remaining after a number of prior distributions from 1933 to 1943. The appellants were depositors in Lancaster Trust Company when the Secretary of Banking took possession; the appellee is the School District of the City of Lancaster, which had designated the bank as its depository. In distributions prior to that now before the court, both appellants and appellee shared at the same rate.
