In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75 to stay arbitration, petitioner, the Board of Education of the Yonkers City School District, appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 2, 1975, which granted a motion by respondent, the Yonkers Federation of Teachers, to dismiss the petition and compel petitioner to proceed with arbitration. Order affirmed, without costs. On November 4, 1974 a collective bargaining agreement was entered into between the parties for the three-year period of July 1, 1974 to June 30, 1977.
