NETERER, District Judge.
This is a bill in equity, filed in the King county state court by the receiver of an insolvent corporation to recover the amount of unpaid stock subscriptions of each of the defendants, and others, except as to Walter S. Droppers and wife. Plaintiff also alleges a conspiracy on the part of defendants Parker and Olwell with defendants Droppers to place their properties in Grant county, Wash., beyond the process of law by fraudulent convej^ance to Droppers.
