MYERS, Associate Judge.
In the fall of 1962 appellant contracted with the United States government to pack and ship, at government expense, household and personal goods of military personnel, pursuant to which it engaged ap-pellee to render certain packing, storing and loading services at agreed rates. Cavalier performed these services for which $830.52 allegedly became due.
