{¶ 1} Respondent, Arthur Ray Frazier of Strongsville, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0063635, was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1994.

{¶ 2} On July 3, 2002, we indefinitely suspended respondent’s license to practice law for professional misconduct involving his personal use of entrusted client funds. Cleveland Bar Assn. v.
