—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Finnegan, J.), rendered June 20, 1991, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, burglary in the first degree, burglary in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. *370The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
