Petitioners Elizabeth T. Feazel, Jeanne Marie Foster, Regas K. Halandras, William C. Hall, Michael Leo Hogue, Robert Goetz Hohnholz, and Gertrude E. Young (the objectors) have filed a petition pursuant to section *231 — 40-107(2), IB C.R.S.
