MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PLUNKETT, District Judge.
In this securities fraud case, Plaintiffs are purchasers of limited partnership interests in one or more of three oil and gas drilling programs, referred to in the amended complaint (the “complaint”) as the PEXCO drilling programs. The three separate programs are designated PEXCO 81-1 Drilling Program (“81-1”), PEXCO 81-Year End Drilling Program (“81-Year End”), and PEXCO 82-2 Drilling Program (“82-2”).
