I. INTRODUCTION
This is a collective action filed by employees and former employees of Defendants 24 Hour Fitness USA, Inc. and Sport and Fitness Clubs of America, Inc. (collectively “24 Hour” or “Defendants”). Before the Court are two Motions to Decertify Conditional Fair Labor Standards Act Classes, both filed by Defendants.
