In a medical malpractice action to recover damages for personal injuries and wrongful death, the defendant Deepdale General Hospital appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Nahman, J.), dated October 31, 1989, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against it and any cross claims against it.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with one bill of costs to the appellant payable by the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs, the motion is granted, the complaint and any and all cross claims…
