From the 77th District Court Limestone County, Texas Trial Court No. 1096-A MEMORANDUM OPINION R.L.S. appeals the trial court’s denial of his petition for expunction. Because R.L.S. was not entitled to expunction, the trial court’s judgment is affirmed. BACKGROUND The material facts are not in dispute.
