This suit was brought in the circuit court of the city of St. Louis to contest the purported last will and testament of William J. Baier, deceased. The testator died in the city of St. Louis on the 17th day of July, 1905, leaving surviving him no blood relations nearer than uncles, aunts and first cousins. Within a few days after the death of testator his purported last will and testament was duly admitted to probate.
