C. V. Nalley brought suit, against Hanover Fire Insurance Company to recover for a $2000 loss of merchandise by fire, under a policy of insurance, a copy of which was attached to the petition as exhibit A. The petition as amended alleged as follows: His property, consisting of automobile parts, accessories, etc., of the value of $8205.71, as per schedule attached marked exhibit A-l, was destroyed by fire on April 6, .1936, at a time when a tornado visited the city in which his business was located.
