Plaintiff Jessica Maher (“Plaintiff’) commenced this employment discrimination action against defendants Alliance Mort gage Banking Corporation 1 (“Alliance”) and Raymond Agoglia (“Agoglia” or “Defendant”) pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et. seq.
