The merchandise involved in these cases, consolidated at the trial, consists of five qualities of cotton suede cloth manufactured in Holland by J. W. Meijerink & Sons and exported to the United States in the years 1960 through 1963. It was classified as cotton cloth, printed, dyed or colored, and assessed with duty at various rates under the countable yarn provisions of paragraph 904(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as modified by the Protocol of Terms of Accession by Japan to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, 90 Treas.
