Odde v. Field

On January 24, 1936, Effie F. Field brought in the Probate Court a petition in equity under G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 205, §§ 7A, 20, against Edna W. Odde as administratrix of the estate of John A. L. Odde, deceased, and the sureties on her bond as such administratrix to enforce the obligations of the bond.
