| Niki a Adams (“Adams”), an employee of the New Orleans Police Department (“NOPD”) classified as a Police Officer IV, timely appealed the decision of the New Orleans Civil Service Commission (“CSC”), upholding her termination by Superintendent Roñal Serpas (“Supt. Serpas”), the appointing authority. Supt.
