OPINION
NYE, Chief Justice.
This is a wrongful death action. Regina Fuller brought suit against Travelers Indemnity Company of Illinois (“Travelers Indem*166nity”) and Travelers Insurance Company (“Travelers Insurance”) seeking damages for the death of her father, Mr. Calvin Fuller.1 The trial court granted Appellees’ Motion for Summary Judgment based on the language of Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 8806, § 3(e) (repealed 1991).2 Appellant appeals. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
