Cohen, J.), rendered February 27, 1991, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of murder in the second degree, manslaughter in the first degree, attempted robbery in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 20 years to life, 8Vá to 25 years, 5 to 15 years, and 5 to 15 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
