BRADY, Commissioner.

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the father of James Michael Boggs entered upon their mother’s action brought under § 452.150, RSMo 1959, V.A. M.S., whereby she sought custody of James Michael, hereinafter referred to as “Jamie” as his name appears in the transcript. She appeals. We will refer to the parties by their designation in the trial court. In stating the facts we must necessarily refer to the original divorce decree and to subsequent motions to modify that decree filed by each of the parties in order to fully *399understand the custodial situation…
