This is an appeal by the Township of Abington and the School District of Abington Township from the action of the Board for the Assessment and Revision of Taxes of Montgomery County in exempting from taxation the real estate situate in Abington Township, Montgomery County, Pa., owned by The Ogontz School. Both the Township and the School District appealed to the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County and that Court, after a hearing, dismissed the appeal and affirmed the action of the Board for the Assessment and Revision of Taxes in exempting from…
