In 1899, Emanuel Rosenberg was the owner of certain real estate in Chester county, Pennsylvania, the title to which he acquired in 1895, 1896 and 1897. By deed dated November 2, 1899, and recorded in the prothonotary’s office of Chester county, the sheriff of said county conveyed to Lillie Rosenberg, the *134wife of Emanuel Rosenberg, the above real estate sold as the property of her husband and purchased by her at sheriff’s sale on October 28, 1899. It appears from this deed that the property was sold on an alias testatum fi. fa., tested September 25, 1899, and…
