In a bench trial in the circuit court of Cook County, the defendant, Corey Batchelor, was found guilty of first degree murder, armed robbery, and burglary on a theory of accountability and sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment of 30 years on the conviction of first degree murder and 10 years on eách of the other two convictions. Rejecting defendant’s claim that the evidence was insufficient to sustain these convictions, the appellate court affirmed (No. 1 — 92—1125 (unpublished order under Supreme Court Rule 23)).
