This matter came before a hearing panel of this court for oral argument on January 17, 1995, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided. John and Emily Haronian (plaintiffs) appeal from a Superior Court order denying their request for an injunction and denying and dismissing their complaint.
