This is a civil action for monetary, declaratory and injunctive relief based on a contract under which defendant agreed to sup ply plaintiff with certain amounts of coal over a twenty-year period. Plaintiff seeks monetary damages for breach of contract, a declaration of the parties’ rights under the contract, rescission or reformation of the contract on the ground that its terms are unconscionable under Section 2-302 of the Uniform Commercial Code, treble damages for defendant’s alleged violations of Section 2(a) of the Clayton Act, as amended by the Robinson-Patman…
