W. E. Hester filed a bill in the chancery court of Copiah county, as a taxpayer of the county, against the appellants, seeking to recover from appellants money paid to them by the Board of Supervisors of Copiah County for certain road machinery, equipment and implements involved in contracts made between the appellants and the Board of Supervisors.
