Appellants, Diana Shearer and Jeff Shearer, appeal from the order entered on March 17, 2015, in . the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, granting Appellees, Scott Hafer’s and Paulette Ford’s motion for a protective order. On appeal, Appellants argue that a litigant has an absolute right to the presence of counsel during an independent neuropsy-chological evaluation pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 4010.
