By petition dated July 31, 2007 the presentment agency brought this juvenile delinquency proceeding against this 16-year-old respondent alleging attempted burglary in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 140.25 [2] [count 1]), attempted burglary in the third degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 140.20 [count 2]), criminal mischief in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 145.00 [count 3]), and attempted criminal trespass in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 140.15 [count 4]).
