HURST, V.C.J.

The plaintiff, J. D. Stewart, sued Grace Sanders, individually and as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, her three minor children, and her brother, Bennie Howard, to recover possession of, and to quiet title to, a tract of land in Pontotoc county. From a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Howard has appealed.

The appellant argues six assignments of error, which may be grouped under three propositions.
