This cause was heard by the court on May 31, 1960, upon the amended complaint of plaintiff, Carolina Lumber Co., a corporation, for the foreclosure of an asserted lien for materials furnished to defendant, Nifong Construction, Inc., a corporation, which were incorporated in a residence built by said corporation for defendants, Ernest L. Grose, and wife, on their land.
