Judgment unanimously reversed, with costs, and matter remitted to Supreme Court, Monroe County, for further proceedings in accordance with the following memorandum: Following a judgment of separation and subsequent proceedings to hold plaintiff in contempt of court for failure to obey the terms of the judgment for payment of alimony and child support, and plaintiff’s counteraction for divorce, the parties entered into a separation agreement wherein defendant agreed to default in plaintiff’s action and plaintiff agreed to pay defendant $50 per week alimony and $250 per week for child support.…
