This is an application to this Court for a Writ of Mandamus to the Circuit Qpurt of Pulaski county, to compel that Court to appoint commissioners to lay ofi* dower, and to do such other acts as are directed by a decree rendered against William E. Woodruff on the 15th day of April,, 1839, and in favor of the complainant.
