Memorandum: Supreme Court erred in denying the motion of defendant to dismiss the second cause of action of plaintiff Nancy Jo Zea seeking damages for psychological and emotional injuries she suffered upon viewing defendant’s automobile strike her daughter, Alisa Jo Zea, inflicting injuries that resulted in Alisa’s death.
