This matter is before the Court on the request for payment of administrative expense filed by American Drug Stores, Inc. d/b/a Oseo Drug Stores (American Drug) and the objection to the request filed by Food Barn Stores, Inc. (Food Barn). American Drug further moves the Court to reconsider the disallowance of its general unsecured claim as untimely filed.
