court, in this nonjury trial, properly considered the lesser included offense of manslaughter in the second degree and its verdict was fully supported by the credible evidence. There is no dispute that manslaughter in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.15 [1]) is a lesser included offense of manslaughter in the first degree (Penal Law § 125.20 [1]), which is the crime charged.
