This was an action of debt brought in tbe County Court of Milwaukee county, by tbe defendants in error against tbe plain» tiff in error, on an injunction bond to stay the collection of a judgment at law. Tbe declaration set forth, that on tbe 8th day of June, A. D. 1850, Walter P. Flanders recovered a judgment in the Milwaukee Circuit Court, against Charles James, Edward M. Hunter and S.
