Appellant William B. Hudgins brought suit against appellees CPC Parkwood Hospital, Dr. Gary G. Bawtinhimer, Dr. David C. Cook and Dr. William I. Wieland, alleging false imprisonment, inten tional infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract and RICO against CPC as a result of his involuntary commitment pursuant to court order of October 1, 1986, to CPC Parkwood Hospital for evaluation and treatment of drug dependency.
